At Graceful Gowns Bridal, we take great pride in the quality and care of our bridal gowns and accessories. Each order is handled with love and attention to detail. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.

❌ No Refunds on Custom or Marked Items

Due to the made-to-order and personalised nature of many of our gowns and accessories, we do not offer refunds on:

  • Customised items (including size alterations, colour changes, or made-to-measure gowns)

  • Items marked as "Final Sale", "Close Out"  or "Clearance"

  • Change of mind, incorrect sizing, or event cancellations

We recommend checking your measurements carefully before ordering. If you need guidance, please contact us — we’re here to help.

✅ Refunds for Faulty or Damaged Items

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item

  • You must provide proof of purchase and clear photo evidence of the issue

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached

If your return is approved, we will arrange:

  • A replacement, where possible

  • A store credit, or

  • A refund, depending on the situation and your preference

Return postage for faulty items is covered by us.

📦 Returns Process

To request a return:

  2. We’ll assess your request within 2 business days.

  3. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for return shipping and processing.

Please do not send back items without prior approval, as they may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

📌 Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but hasn’t appeared:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card provider — it may take time to process
