📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order handling and confirmation.
Custom or made-to-order gowns may require additional processing time (details provided on the product page).

🚚 Shipping Within Australia

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (additional charges apply)
All parcels are sent via trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, or CouriersPlease, depending on your location and delivery method.

Shipping Costs:

Free shipping on orders over $150 AUD
Flat-rate standard shipping: $9.95 AUD
Express shipping: $19.95 AUD

🌍 International Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping to selected countries.

Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

🎀 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

👗 Pre-Orders & Custom Gowns

Some dresses or accessories may be marked as pre-order or custom-made. These items may take 2–6 weeks to be made and shipped. Timeframes will be clearly listed on the product page.

📍 Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery:
